Ana has always had an interest in art and creativity. Her interest led her to study fashion at Art College, which was then followed with a short, but exciting, time as a sample maker for a small design company. At the age of 19 she decided that a new direction was required. Getting a job on the desk at a local Tattoo/Piercing studio was a breakthrough. She spent three years there working hard as the desk girl and serving an apprenticeship. After this was served she started working full time as a professional tattooist. After a year Ana decided she wanted to try and gain a better understanding of her craft and spend more time with like minded people. She was incredibly lucky to secure a second apprenticeship with one of the best tattoo artists in the country. Her time at the studio helped Ana to gain a high level of confidence in herself and her work thus allowing her to develop her own distinctive style. Ana feels very lucky to have been in this position and will always draw on the experiences that she has gained following her time there. In the summer of 2005 the reality of forever&ever was born. |
